Former Agile Practice Head at LTIMindtree, Bangalore, India. Salil holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Calicut, Kerala, India, which he completed between 1990 and 1994. He has got 5 years of mechanical engineering experience prior to his entry to IT space in 2000.
